She might be best known for her bikini bod, but all focus will be on Kate Upton’s flawless complexion come July, when her pretty-as-a-picture model features will dangle above Bobbi Brown counters nationwide. Kate is the official (second) ‘face’ of the brand (them be some big shoes to fill! Katie Holmes was the first to join forces with Bobbi Brown last year). But gracious Kate takes all the excitement firmly in her stride. “Bobbi is an American success story – she created a global brand from an idea that women can be beautiful being exactly who they are and I love that,” says Kate.
So do we, Primpers, so do we. Go your own way (with confidence!) is the crux of Ms Brown’s makeup philosophy (and hey, no matter how adventurous you are or how wayward your brush techniques may be, no real makeup damage can be done with a Shimmer Brick or a brown-based lippie now can it?!). Rather than jump on every makeup trend, Bobbi staked her claim as the Queen of pared-back beauty way back when she launched her first lipsticks in the 90’s – her products are made to be worn by real women. However you like. And flatter nonetheless.

Bobbi dubs it her ‘secret weapon’ and it’s brilliant for touch-ups when you’re out and about – the creamy, lightweight texture makes it a cinch to blend or build coverage.
